Wow if you didn't stop into the pub on Saturday night you missed "the best band Better
Days has ever had", according to a local progressive ex-state trooper. I don't know if I
would go as far to say they were the best ever but I definately will put last nights
performance into the top one percent. These guys are all in there early twenties but
have been playing for a decade with local bands and even some west coast bands.
Called indie pop music.... meaning its a fusion of jazz, blues, and rock that makes you
wanna dance like your swimming. The music rolls and creates a liquid rhythm that is
really hard not to like. These rebels may be back in January for my "Mohawk Revolution
Birthday Party" but definately in February so keep an eye out for more Jelly.....

Well that is a longer list than I would like it to be so I will give you the newest addtion to our "Fho Paws": A drunk fellow going into the ladies restroom, vomiting all over the floor, and the laying down to go to bed for the night with the door blocked. Then answering all questions or directions with "I love you" or "You love me". Not a cool thing to do if any of you were thinking of trying that sometime soon..... |
