| Acoustic Discount was a huge success and the crowd they drew rivaled, if not surpassed our biggest musical nights ever. It was a mob scene and the mob was thirsty like they had been stranded in a desert for days without water. We couldn't keep up...ran out of cold beer.... I gave up at 1am and let the Jumper take over. John and Brian obviously have spent alot of time learning a impressive set list that the crowd loved and sang along like an out of control kareoke party. Brother Dan played the harmonica and bongos which was alot of fun for both him and me because it was his first "paid gig" at the pub. Hard to believe that one day he is running around dressed like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and the next he is playing in a band at the our pub. Its a good example of a quality expirience that I am fortunate to be able to enjoy..... Well hopefully we will see Acoustic Discount back at the pub in the near future!!!! Here is what I look like on early Sunday morning after working day and night the
week of christmas. It was a bustling holiday season at Better Days and we all put in
a lot of hours to keep up with the binge. Then of course I insist on staying out
partying until the sun comes up which basically renders me a drunken zombie by the
time we wrap the week up. Oh ya thanks to who ever plugged up the men's room
toliet with a beer bottle, puked up some kinda pasta mess, and overflowed it by
flushing it. If I find out who you are I am sending Ed Gee to spread cat feces all over
the interior of your vehicle...........
