When people die suddenly it seems so surreal and harsh,
especially when its such a good person. Brian Castle died
yesterday morning just before a game of basketball with his
friends. By all accounts it was a sudden, lightening bolt
kinda thing, that came without warning and he didn't suffer
at all.
Brian was part of the larger Better Days family being the
lead singer of "RoundHouse Kick" and a frequent customer.
More importantly Brian was a husband and father and we
extend our sincere condolences to his family for the loss.
When someone dies my first reaction is to look at the big
picture and that perspective seems to make more sense.
Although Brian was very young I think it safe to say he died
at the top of his game. A happy family, lots of friends, lots of
fans actually!!, and a very strong energy that brought other
people happiness. The Buddhists believe that death is a
transfer of energy, or spirit, from one form to another.
While it is hard for us humans to comprehend, our energy
lives on despite our bodies and with the amount of energy
Brian has I dare say it is very present in those he left behind
on earth.
