That's Ma....fifty three years young and my best buddy. If I told you all the
things she does for me you wouldn't even believe it. And I'm just one person,
my father and other siblings will tell you the same thing, so will her sisters,
brother, mother, mother in law, and close friends. She is a workaholic and the
majority of that work is for other people, particularly me. It wouldn't be pretty
without her both personally and professionally so I have to say in the words of
Jim/Jack Sweeney "I'm one of the lucky ones!".
At Betters Days she does as much as I let her....which is too much compared to
how much she gets paid. Crab Bisque, Potato Soup, Goulash, Chicken n
Biscuits, Pot Roast Dinner, Canadian Cheddar Soup, Lasagna, Stroganoff,
Alfredo, a dozen desserts. That's a sample of some of her specialties that
people line up for. Tuesdays are Ma's Home Cookin and if you want to get your
hands on her food then be early because it doesn't last long.
Happy News: Cousin Liz and Eric Potter had a baby girl yesterday.... very
healthy and beautiful. Congrats to the new parents!!!!
