Yep another departure to blog about....hopefully we won't be saying
anymore goodbyes for a while. Lonnie (AKA LA LA), the queen of
Friday nights at Better Days until her recent retirement, is moving to
Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia next week. We had a hoot in her honor
Saturday at the pub. Lonnies got lots of friends and they all love to
party. Luckily they all didn't show up cause that would have been a
dangerous situation. All who did attend made an impressive party out
of it....a few stats: 1 keg Oktoberfest, around 300 Jager Bombs,
hundreds of chicken wings, no fights or arguments, one puker(if I find
out who you are I will send the grief birds after you). Thanks too
everyone who chipped in and stopped in to wish La La the best. We
will miss her sassy ass but hope she comes up to visit regularly.
Dena Viglietta and her bachlorette party showed up for the Better Days
leg of there party at midnight. Dena arrived riding a huge inflatable
penis and her crew followed in comparable style. All Dena's friends
and the girls from Tops did a good job of closing out the weekend with
a bang.
