My idea of sick humor. Mind you none of this is from the Better Days archives, just something I
found on the net. Below I posted an old pic from our archives, one of our favorite guys who also
got a swastika on his forehead.
Today is Jessica's last official day at Better Days. She's moving to NC to set up house with her
husband, CPL. Jason Hunt(ya from Wellsville). He gets back from Iraq in just a few days. Jess
will be back for a few special appearances but the Jess we know and love at Better Days wraps
up a great career today. I will miss her really badly not just because she did half my work for me
but because she's a good pal and alot of fun to have around. Hasta la Vista Mrs. Hunt!!!!
Better Days has installed and began operating a touch screen computerized cash register
system which is really a drag. It was supposed to be fully programmed, requiring minimal
adjustments only. Since I didn't have the time to spend with the technician they provide for on
site support, the job of fixing every little freaking thing is mine. As of this blog the list is well over
three dozen items long and I don't really now how to fix any of them, let alone have the time and
patience. Since this was my big idea the old saying "you get what you deserve" is being
whispered by the voices in my head. At this point I should note that my partner, aka Big Balls,
told me not to unnecessarily complicate a perfectly fluid operation with computerization. Big
Balls was right, Ace was wrong. I said it.
Happy Friday.....
