For some this could be a surprising announcement, for others you've heard me considering this for
years now. As of Monday May 18th, 2010, Better Days will only be open for lunch service on Fridays
and will continue to serve full dinners Tuesday-Saturday. This decision is primarily financial, but also
somewhat personal. Fact is that Better Days was never designed to be a food business, its a
beverage and entertainment business. Before five o'clock our beverage sales(beer, wine, cocktails)
are negligible. Selling food alone in a space that only seats fifty people, in a market with over 20
competitors, and in an economy that has effected everyone, isn't good business. Although we enjoy
providing our customers with a great lunch venue it is something we can't continue to do and remain a
viable overall operation. Thank you to all our loyal customers, we have enjoyed serving you lunch!

Below are our new operating hours, and please take note that Friday we will be serving lunch and
dinner. Friday are always busy and we already have several 'standing reservations'. We hope you will
come eat lunch with us on Friday and call ahead for a reservation. Our plan is to have three lunch
seatings 11am, Noon, and 1pm. With limited tables we hope you will call to reserve a table or like
several customers have done, make Friday lunch at Better Days a weekly affair. We will be accepting
'standing reservations', meaning you have the same table each week, so please call 593 2734 or email
us anytime!!
