Alumni weekend is upon us and Better Days will be hopping with lots of people coming back
to town to relive high school. Better Days has been the unofficial reunion headquarters for
over three decades!!! Every year is different but based on the number of people coming to
the official reunion(Alfred Ag Tech) it looks to be a good year. Unfortunately this year we
have been asked to strictly enforce the village outside cafe law which may force us to refuse
entry to some folks. It also may result in customers who don't follow the rules being arrested,
it may result in me being arrested. Consequently the latest demand for the restoration of law
and order on Main Street Wellsville will require us to limit our outside cafe. Normally during
busy weekends we stretch the cafe to accomodate large crowds and we allow people to
stand outside our "delinated area". This year we will not be stretching, accomodating, or
anything of the sort under direct threat of arrest/fine/revockation. I'll report back on how the
weekend goes.
