Saturday morning came way to early after a wild Friday night at the pub. The semi-suprise
appearance by Victims of Fate played to a full house all night long. All the pretty girls were
out and having a great time.....must be a full moon nearby because they were wound up.
We had one bit of nastiness when Dave Garwood vomited all over the floor and was
uncooperative about cleaning it up. Actually uncooperative wouldn't be the appropriate
word....he was a complete jerk who must be banned(i'm getting tired of all the banning).
After he puked Mo instructed him to clean up his mess or else we wouldn't let him come
back. The Jumper brang out the mop and bucket only to have him push her in the face
and flip her off before he stumbled out. Now we have extra patience with Spec 4 Garwood
but when you attack The Jumper you cross the line. Gone, Goodbye, Sorry Barbarosa but
we can't have you coming around anymore.
Jason and Jess spent thier last night of the homecoming tour partying like rock stars. They
danced and kissed and danced and kissed and did a shot and danced and kissed.... it was
great to have them home again and we will see them again soon I hope.
We have a new staffer to introduce: Adam Cook who will be working as the smoking lounge
supervisor. In the wintertime we let the smokers burn thier butts in the kitchen(after it is
closed and shut down) because of the big exhaust fan. Lately some of the smokers have
been being disrespectful and the lounge is getting out of control in general. So instead of
letting a few bad apples ruin the gig we hired a babysitter to curb misbehavior. Adam will
be making sure no body breaks the rules so please respect his authority.
Today (Sat) me and Luke Larkin are heading to the Drum Festival at the new Creative Arts
Center downtown. Rusted Root's drummer Jim Donavon is coming to town for day of
beatin on the drums. We're going down to check it out and we will file a full report on the
whole day event tomorrow or so.
