Western New Yorks favorite food by most accounts
and Better Days number one selling menu item. Most
agree our wings are the best around town, some
even claim that they rival the Anchor Bar. If you
didn't know it that is the place where wings became
popular up in Buffalo. Well we aren't going to claim
that ours are any better or worse than Anchor Bar.
We've got over a dozen flavors of wings, your
standard Buffalo styles and a bunch of our own
creations. Every Monday we sell them for half-price
between five and midnight. Wing night is a
madhouse usually so if you stop in for a cheap dinner
be patient because the fryers usually full.
The secret to great wings is easy and I'll tell you all I
can divulge. First buy the best: Stearns Poultry sells
quality jumbo wings that aren't "pumped". Most
places pump there wings with water to make them
look bigger but don't be fooled. The next trick is to
cook each order fresh, no pre-cooking and
re-heating or par frying to save time. Next is the
sauce which basically requires butter and hot sauce
or whatever flavoring is ordered. We make all our
sauces in house, no premixed flimflam stuff. The final
and maybe as important as anything is the dip. Bleu
cheese dressing is preferred but ranch or another
salad dressing suits some people better. Focusing
on bleu cheese we can brag that we make a killer
bleu cheese dressing from scratch. When you put all
these principles of quality wings together you get
Damn Good Wings....stop in and get greasy!!!!

Open Jam was a real blast last night. "Steel Door" does a great job of throwing a party and they make the whole deal alot of fun. Thanks to everyone who stopped in to play and listen to the tunes. Remember we try to do Open Jam on the first Thursday of each month.....hope to see you in November!!!
