Today I have to comment on my previous blog about Verizon and some of
the bad things I said about them. The reason I decided to lash out at this
communications giant is because they didn't have any accessories available
for my new fancy phone and they told me the accessories were $100 each.
Well they arrived yesterday and for both cords the cost was $75, which was
even a surprise to the saleslady. All of my other gripes still stand but Tonya
and the nice folks at Wireless World in Wellsville are off my list.
This week we have Open Jam night on Thursday which is always a hoot.
The band "Steel Door" hosts the session where any musician is welcome to
stop down and play alone or with the band. Even if your not a music maker it
is well worth the visit to see Mic Jagger's twin brother rock and roll. It's hard
to describe the nature of this performance. Picture Mic Jagger running,
twisting, dancing, and jumping around in Better Days while playing a
harmonica and singing "Honky Tonk Women". Ya just gotta see it for
yourself. And as always with our Thursday night shows: NO COVER
CHARGE!!!!! You've got nothing to lose so stop down this Thursday anytime
after nine for some live entertainment.
