What a weekend at Better Days!!  Friday we threw a little coming home party for Jason Hunt and lots of
people came down to tell Jason we are glad he made it home safely.  Lot's of the Hunt clan were hanging
around...mostly in the smoking lounge.....I think they all smoke cigarettes.  We hope everyone had a good
time  and thanks for coming to down to make sure that our Marine knows how much we care about him and
appreciate his work.

The Halloween Freakshow did not disappoint as we had plenty of freaks and Buzzo put on a hell of a show.
The All Stars played one rocking tune after another with Buzzo on horns and Captian Jack playing
everything from harmonica to sax to heavy blues guitar.  The Better Days Babes all dressed up as la
femme dracula and looked pretty spooky.  At about 11:30 all the costumed up folks poured into the bar for
the contest which provided quite a scene.  We had Amish Zombies, Mr. & Mrs. Tiger Woods, A bunch of
20's era flapper girls, a few catwomen, devil angels, and a bunch of other spooky creeps.  The contest
winner was a fully dressed catwoman, ironically it was the lady that owns the Cats Cafe on main street.  (If
you haven't heard of Cat's its a new place on the corner of Main and Martin that sells antiques and has a
little cafe.)  Buzzo did the judging and everyone put on a good show for him while he decided!!!   Thanks to
everyone who came down and had a good time!!

I want to thank Brad Hollenbeck for coming into the bar, well knowing that he has been banned from the
property, and threatening me when I asked him to leave.  We are for having a good time and anyone who
trys to ruin our good time with violence is unwelcome forever.  In fact to put some substance behind this
policy we will now immediatly call the police when someone is violent.  When anyone who is on our short list
of lifers steps foot on the property we will have them arrested for trespassing....no questions asked.

Check out our
daily specials for the next two weeks of great food and I our pics page for some new pics
