This whole Better Days Blog is really a step-child of Dave Garwood. Initially our online magazine
was a chronicle of Wellsville's favorite barfly. For the majority of our tenure at Better Days Dave
has been a fixture in the bar, spending day and night hanging around. So for the longest time we
did a blog about Dave and his interactions with the world nearer to Better Days. We eventually ran
out of material and then Dave viciously attacked Jumper over a vomit incident so we had to kick him
out. This doesn't mean we don't still love old Dave and I see him almost everyday. He is a hero of
our country(Vietnam Vet who suffered through being overrun by the Vietcong and the mental
aftermath of the event) and we still consider him a friend....he just is a friend who can't come into
Better Days anymore. Regardless I would just like to relay that Dave is doing pretty good, working
the streets, staying drunk, "waiting for salvation". He sends his best to all and to all a good night!!!!
